The entrance exam application process for DSAT 2025 is completely online. Here are a few steps it involves: 

  • Step 1: Go to the official website of DSU and submit the personal details, including name, email address, phone number, city, state, campus, course, and password. Then, enter the captcha code to register for the exam.
  • Step 2: Log in with the credentials and fill out the DSAT application form. Also, provide the correct educational qualifications.
  • Step 3: Upload the recent passport size photograph and signature. The size of the photograph should be less than 50KB, and the format must be JPG or JPEG.

Q1. How many attempts are allowed at the DSAT exam?
Ans. The Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) has not imposed any upper limit or limitation on the number of attempts that the candidate can make under the DSAT entrance exam. The candidate may not, however, be presented twice in a year. The candidates are also required to satisfy the eligibility criteria every time.

Q2. Am I allowed to select my own exam centre for DSAT?
Ans. Absolutely! When filling out the application form for the DSAT exam, Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) gives the candidate an opportunity to select the exam centre of his/ her choice. The allotment of the exam centres, however, takes place on a first-come, first-served basis. It is suggested that one should apply to the entrance exam as soon as possible in order to secure the facility of their choice.

Q3. What will happen if I miss the DSAT counselling session?
Ans. The DSAT counselling session is hosted once the results have been announced. If you miss the session, you may lose your seat. However, sometimes the university may organise the session, depending on the availability of the seat. It is recommended to update the university authorities in advance of non-availability.
