About Maulana Azad Medical College: Overview

Maulana Azad Medical College, also known as MAMC. It was established in 1959 in Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi. It was established in affiliation with the University of Delhi. Four other institutes are attached to the college - Lok Nayak Hospital, GB Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences and Guru Nanak Eye Centre.

The college consists of 25+ departments which offer undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It has 500+ research publications published by its faculty and researchers every year. Maulana Azad Medical College is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
