MET Application Process

In order to apply for the MET exam, you need to go through its application process. Let’s understand the application process in detail.

MET 2026 Application Process

The MET 2025 exam is fully completed. The application form is likely to go live in September or October 2025. It will be completely online. You need to apply from their official website. Below are the steps needed to apply for the MET 2026 examination. 

Step 1 - Registration

The first thing the candidates need to do is go to the official website and click on the link to register. For registration, the candidates will have to fill out their basic details, i.e., their valid email ID and phone number. You also need to make a password for when you log in later.

Step 2 - Filling out the application form

After they sign up, the candidates will have to fill out the MET application form 2026 with their personal, academic, and contact information. All of the information must match what is on the candidates' documents. The form needs to include some crucial information, such as the candidate's name, gender, date of birth, parents' names, address, and so on.

Step 3 - Selection of a course

Next, the candidates will have to choose their preferred programme from the list of the courses.

Step 4 - Rechecking of information

Candidates should double-check the information they sent in and fix any mistakes. The candidates won't be able to make any changes after this step.

Step 5 - Fee payment

Then, the MET 2026 application fee must be paid online, using a credit card, debit card, PayTM, UPI, or net banking. 

Step 6 - Uploading of documents

The candidates will need to upload all the required documents. 

Note: The documents won't be posted to the online form if the requirements aren't met.

Step 7 - Submission of application form

Lastly, the candidates will need to submit the completed application form before the deadline. The authorities will not accept any applications after the deadline date.
