Rural Administration Class 6 Civics Chapter 6 NCERT Solutions: The chapter starts with a case study of rural officers who are responsible for the administration of rural localities. The basic needs of people like water, electricity, road connections etc. come under rural administration. We will learn about land records and how they are maintained in rural areas. We would also briefly study the Hindu Succession Amendment Act, 2005 and what it does. Finally, we would also look at some other public service jobs that are essential for effective rural administration. The points to note in the chapter include the following:

  • The chapter shows us an incident that happened at the rural level. The example tells us how people in the Gram Panchayat are usually over powerful and influential people.
