Finally, for the students, the most awaited moment has arrived. It is time for the students to pull up their socks as the first session of the online JEE Main 2021 paper will take place in the last week of February, which means that students have approximately one month to prepare for their exams. It’s no wonder for students that it’s a peek time; passing exams with good marks is now the aim and target of every student, and for this, precise strategies must be understood.  This article will describe some tips to assist students with their exam preparation.

1.Make an Accurate timetable: When a student gets to know their exam dates, it’s a psychological fact that they start feeling nervous, having panic attacks, etc. However, it’s imperative to have a proper timetable if you want to stop certain things. So, before you start your preparations, ensure you have a proper schedule ready for the next 30 days, along with the study materials. Segregating the chapters is very necessary since this will keep the mind calm and free of tension. For example, select each topic and divide the chapters for daily use. Give two hours for each subject, and also make sure to plan a target in the initial 20 days to cover all your syllabus and hold the additional ten days for revision. It is significantly worth referring to Aakash JEE(Main) solved papers for all three subjects in your last minute revision: physics, maths, and chemistry. Set an aim to address all questions from the JEE critical question paper through 2019 and 2020.

2. Give equal consideration to each subject: Normally, many students skip certain chapters or topic during revision to make it comfortable and easy for them. But it is very important to focus on each & every topic. Make sure you divide your time to cover all the chapters no matter whether you like the topic or not.

3. Focus on individual chapters: One of the famous authors said, “if things are done in the right way, anything is possible.” There are 65 units in the JEE (Main) syllabus, with 16, 21, and 28 units in mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc. It is now necessary for students to see which chapters are significant and have maximum weightage in the exam so that accordingly students can start with their preparations. Furthermore, make a list of all those sections in which you need more practice. It is preferable to concentrate on basic ideas so that you don’t have to waste time in learning formulas. Take assistance from Aakash comprehensive study material for JEE which provides chapter-wise and topic-wise analysis.

4. Managing Time: Time management is essential during the preparation of exams; otherwise, your mind ends up with anxiety and panic attacks. The JEE Main papers will comprise a total of 90 questions. There will be two parts of these 30 questions: (1) 20 questions (MCQ), all mandatory (2) 10 questions (inter types), only five questions to be attempted. To sum up, you have only 75 questions to try on. You have to emphasize on time management because most of the questions are numerical-based.

5. Solve Previous Year Question Papers: At the time of studying any new chapters, make sure that you keep on revising old concepts as well. The easiest way to revisit your basics and calculate your performance is to solve the previous year question papers.

All in all, always remember patience and hard-work is the key to success. Give your best shot and try to push yourself.
