The JEE Main and Advanced exam have evolved for a very long time. Last year, a sudden change was seen in the paper pattern and lots of students were taken back in the exam centre. One should follow a simple strategy when preparing for exams. As much as it is important to score well in JEE, it is also important to score well in boards as the normalization procedure counts these marks.

Some of you have been preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2019 from the past many years while others are giving the exams as their second attempt. In both the cases, you can refer to the following strategy for the best preparation:

Strategy for JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2019

Start from the basics

NCERT undeniably forms the basis of JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2019. The syllabus that you already study for boards is applicable for JEE Preparations as well.

Coaching Institute

If you had not joined any coaching classes during your school days because of any of the reasons, then there are plenty of online platforms like Aakash Digital to help you out. Time and Technology has simplified the reach of education on a major level. Enroll yourself in a good test preparation. Not only will it fetch your competitive environment with apt questions, adaptive learning, real-time study but also provide you with proficient mentors and guides till you crack an IIT of your dream.

Solve previous year papers

As you keep on covering the topics, try to attempt some previous year JEE Main papers. This is the best approach to judge your level of preparation.

Plan for JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2019

Design a plan

Split the entire syllabus into subtopics. In this way, you already know what topics to be studied on that day. Topics such as Ionic Equilibrium, Electro Chemistry, Permutation-Combination, Probability etc must be focused.

Manage your time

Instead of limiting your schedule with a fixed number of hours to study, focus on completing the assigned topics for the day. Time management plays a very important role in the exam. To manage your time effectively, solve the easy ones and involving fewer calculations first and then move on to the tricky ones. Also, know when to let go of questions and move on to another one.

Join Regular coaching classes

Attend classes regularly and revise every bit of it once you go back home. Get your doubts cleared with teachers or students before you move over the next subject. Attend daily mock tests that are vital for your score assessment for JEE Main and JEE Advanced preparation.

Practice is must

Solving question banks and practicing learned topics will keep your preparation on track.

Take Online Tests

Once your preparation is over, take online tests to analyze your JEE Main and JEE Advanced preparation.

Resolve all your doubts

Make sure to always clear your doubts. Don’t hesitate to ask questions. Ask teachers, mentors, and peers whoever can help you to understand things better.

Conclusion

Your perseverance all through the preparation process can take you to your dream college. Positivity, endurance, and will-power are required to crack IIT JEE. Through your hard work and the right guidance offered at Aakash Institute, you have greater chances of realizing your goal. Wish you all the best for your preparation and JEE Advanced 2019 Exam!
