The complement angles are those which add up to 90 degrees.
i.e., a + b = 90°, where a is an angle and b is its complement.
This means the complement of an angle is its difference from 90°.
=> b = 90 – a
Assume, 'a' be the angle which is four times its complement (90 – a).
a = 4(90 – a) a = 360 – 4a 5a = 360 => a = 72°
72 = 4 × 18
