Satyendra Nath Bose

  He is famous for his great invention of the scattering of light. C V Raman was the first Indian to receive the Nobel Prize in the field of science.

 He was an Engineer and the Diwan of Mysore. His contribution was the design and invention of automatic gates for the KRS dam which would control the water flow.

Sir M Visvesvaraya

He was an Indian space scientist known for contributing to radio astronomy. He also worked on the design of micro-light aircraft and sailboats.

Venkataraman Radhakrishnan

He is known as the father of science fiction in Bengali and one of the fathers of radio science. His contribution as a physicist was an investigation of microwave optics and radio.

Jagadish Chandra Bose

He was a great physicist and astronomer. He was the chairman of ISRO and at his institute first started the work to investigate cosmic rays.

Vikram Sarabhai

He was the founding director at TIFR and AEET and was known as the father of nuclear power. Along with being an Indian scientist, he was also a versatile painter.

Homi Jehangir Bhabha

He was the first Indian botanist to receive the award and honour from the British Scientific Community. His contribution was in the field of paleobotany and the study of fossils.

He was an aerospace engineer, a great scientist and a noble leader who worked under the great scientist Vikram Sarabhai.
