Every student aspires for a successful career and life. At the end of the day, all we want is to be successful and to be like the people we look up to. We have some great people who have inspired all of us in some way or the other. Whether it is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Mahatma Gandhi, The Dalai Lama, Mr. Steve Jobs or Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, they are people that have inspired all of us with the amount of dedication they have. Here are a few qualities that all of them have in common and that you must work on developing to be a successful person:<\/p>\n

    1. Drive: If you are passionate about absolutely anything and you have set your goals, don\u2019t let anything stop you. The drive to achieve exactly what you want is what will separate you from the rest of the world.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \n
        1. Self-reliance: Running away from responsibilities is not even an option. Taking responsibility and being accountable for your decisions is what will make you a trustworthy leader.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \n
            1. Continuous learner: Every experience and every person teaches you something, cherish it. Life is a process of continuously learning something, one must embrace it and keep learning from their life experiences. You might not realize it but everyone in your life teaches you something.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Integrity: This is a quality everyone should have and usually don\u2019t. Being rich might get you luxuries but won\u2019t get you respect. To earn the respect of people around you, be honest. It is the best quality one can have.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    1. Patience: Every journey has hurdles and sometimes even failures. The only way you can get through all of it is by having patience and understanding that giving up is not the solution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        1. Communication: You should try to be the kind of person who listens and also who talks to his\/her teammates. Good communication helps build stronger bonds and also makes people feel like they can rely upon you. This is also a great leadership skill.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          Work on these qualities to become successful, not just in your career but in your life as a whole. These qualities will help you grow as an individual and you will see the difference on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
