The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Re-NEET 2026 Provisional Answer Key<\/strong> on June 25, 2026, at around 7:30 PM IST<\/strong> for candidates who appeared in the re-examination conducted on June 21, 2026. <\/strong><\/span>Candidates can now log in to download the provisional answer key for their question paper code, view their scanned OMR response sheet, and raise objections against any answers they believe are incorrect. Candidates can submit objections online from June 25 to June 28, 2026 (up to 11:50 PM)<\/strong>, by paying a non-refundable fee of \u20b9200 per question challenged<\/strong>. The answer key, response sheet, and challenge link are available on the official NEET website.<\/span><\/p>\n

The provisional key is available for all four paper codes: <\/span>Code 50, Code 60, Code 70, and Code 80.<\/b> The objection window is open for a limited period, so act quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Download the Re-NEET 2026 Provisional Answer Key<\/span><\/h2>\n

Follow these steps to access the re neet answer key<\/a> and your OMR sheet:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Visit the official NEET portal at<\/span> neet.nta.nic.in<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the link titled <\/span>“NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key \/ OMR Response Sheet”<\/b> on the homepage<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Log in using your <\/span>Application Number<\/b> and <\/span>Password<\/b> (or Date of Birth), along with the Security PIN on screen<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Your scanned OMR response sheet and the provisional answer key for your paper code will be displayed<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Download both as PDFs and save multiple copies<\/span><\/li>\n

    Objection Window: How to Challenge the Provisional Answer Key<\/span><\/h2>\n

    If you believe any answer in the provisional key is incorrect, you have the right to raise a formal objection through the NTA portal. The objection window is open for a limited number of days from the date of release. The exact closing date and time is displayed on the official portal at neet.nta.nic.in. Do not wait until the last hour.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Steps to raise an objection:<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Visit<\/span> the NEET portal and click on <\/span>“Challenge Answer Key \/ OMR Response Sheet”<\/b><\/li>\n
    2. Log in with your Application Number, Password, and Security PIN<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Locate the question you want to challenge and select your preferred answer option<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Upload supporting evidence as a single PDF file<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Click <\/span>“Save your Claim”<\/b><\/li>\n
    6. Pay the non-refundable objection fee of <\/span>Rs. 200 per question challenged<\/b> using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Download and save the <\/span>confirmation receipt<\/b> as proof of submission<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Personal notes, handwritten material, or unverified online sources are not accepted as proof.<\/span><\/p>\n

        What Happens After You Raise an Objection<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Once the objection window closes, NTA assigns a panel of subject matter experts to review all submitted challenges. Each objection is verified against NCERT content and established scientific references. If a challenge is found valid, the answer is corrected in the final key for <\/span>all candidates<\/b>, not just the one who raised the objection.<\/span><\/p>\n

        After the review is complete, NTA releases the <\/span>Final Answer Key<\/b>. The final key cannot be challenged and forms the sole basis for computing Re-NEET 2026 results and merit lists.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Q1. I made a calculation error and want to withdraw my objection after paying. Is that possible?<\/b><\/p>\n

          No. Once an objection is submitted and the fee is paid, it cannot be withdrawn. The Rs. 200 fee per question is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cases where you change your mind after submission.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          Q2. If my objection is valid and NTA revises an answer, will only my score change?<\/b><\/p>\n

          No. If NTA’s expert panel finds a challenged answer to be incorrect and revises it in the final key, the correction applies to all candidates who appeared for that paper code, not only to the candidate who raised the objection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
