Unlike traditional supplementary exams, this is a addon opportunity designed to help students to boost their performance or scores in board exam.<\/span><\/p>\n To make the process more easy for students, CBSE Board has introduced a <\/span>three-phase LOC submission system:<\/span><\/p>\n The LOC submission portal will stay open until <\/span>11:59 PM<\/b> on the last day of each phase.<\/span><\/p>\n The second board exam is not open to everyone. Students must have appeared in the main board exam to be part of this eligible criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n Students who have passed can re-appear in <\/span>up to three subjects<\/b> (Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and Languages) to improve their exam performance.<\/span><\/li>\n Students placed in the <\/span>compartment<\/span><\/i> category can take the second exam to clear their pending subjects.<\/span><\/li>\n Includes students who passed through subject replacement or special cases such as sports students approved by CBSE Board.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n CBSE Board has clear rules for the students appearing for second exam:<\/span><\/p>\n Students cannot apply individually. Important Rules to Remember for Second Attempt<\/b><\/h2>\n

\n<\/b> The syllabus will remain exactly the same as the main previous board exam.<\/span><\/li>\n
\n<\/b> Students cannot change subjects. The only exception applies to <\/span>Mathematics<\/b>, as per CBSE Board policy.<\/span><\/li>\n
\n<\/b> The exam centre will remain the same for both the attempts and Center cannot be changed further.<\/span><\/li>\n
