The FMGE December 2025 result was released earlier on January 29, 2026, in PDF format. The result PDF showed the roll numbers of qualified and non-qualified candidates. The scorecard provides detailed, individual marks. It is accessible through the candidate login. As per NBEMS, the scorecards will be available for download for 6 months from the date of issue.<br \/>\nTalking about the results, they show a slight improvement, but the overall picture remains concerning. More than three out of four candidates failed to clear the screening test required for medical registration in India.<\/p>\n<h2>FMGE December 2025: Key Result Highlights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Total registered candidates: 43,933<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who appeared: 42,872<\/li>\n<li>Absent candidates: 1,061<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who qualified: 10,262<\/li>\n<li>Overall pass percentage: ~23.9%<\/li>\n<li>Failure rate: Over 76%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despite marginal progress, most foreign medical graduates were unable to meet the qualifying criteria.<br \/>\n<em>Pass Percentage Improves, But Stays Below 25%<\/em><br \/>\nThe FMGE December 2025 pass percentage rose to 23.37%, compared to 18.61% in the June 2025 session. That\u2019s an improvement of 4.76%.<br \/>\nHowever, the qualifying rate remains below 25%. This highlights the difficulty level of the exam and gaps in preparation.<\/p>\n<h2>Answer Key Corrections Made<\/h2>\n<p>NBEMS clarified that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One question in the exam was technically incorrect<\/li>\n<li>Another question had two correct answers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marks were awarded to all candidates accordingly.
