CBSE has opened the applications for the <\/span>Single Girl Child Merit Scholarship Scheme 2024<\/i><\/b> for all girl students up to the 10th class. The intended purpose of this scholarship program is to make the Single Girl Children have the financial needs met for their education. Fellowship: Meritorious candidates can now apply for this service that even assists qualified students for Classes 11 and 12 education.<\/span><\/p>\n

For admission, it requires at least 60 per cent marks in the CBSE board in Class 10 examination and basically, only girl child in the family. The programme also includes the provision for limiting the tuition fee to \u20b9 1,500\/- per month for class 10 and an annual increase by 10 %. However, for the students of NRI, it is revealed that the maximum fee that they can charge is \u20b9 6000 per month. Both online and paper applications were available starting from November 10, 2024 and all students should apply not later than<\/span> 23 December 2024.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

SY 2021-2022 renewal applications are also available for students who already used the grant in the prior academic year, 2023. As for the applicants, they are encouraged to fill in the online form and scan and upload all documents at the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in.
