She continued her academic excellence by obtaining an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. After completing her studies, she secured a lucrative job in London. Determined to achieve her goal, Divya returned to India with her husband, Gagandeep Singh. Without any coaching, she cleared the UPSC exam on her first attempt, initially becoming an IPS officer. In her second attempt, she secured the 68th rank in the 2012 UPSC CSE, earning her the prestigious position of an IAS officer.<\/p>\n

Current Role and Personal Life<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Divya Mittal currently serves as the District Magistrate (DM) of Sant Kabir Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh. Before this role, she was the DM of Mirzapur. Her husband, Gagandeep Singh, also cleared the UPSC exam and is an IAS officer in Kanpur.<\/p>\n
