The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE)<\/strong> has officially announced the release of the WB Madhyamik result 2024<\/strong> on May 2, 2024, at 9 am through a press conference. Subsequently, the WBBSE Madhyamik result 2024<\/strong> was published on the official websites wbresults.nic.in and wbbse.org at 9:45 am. Students can access their West Bengal Result 2024 using their roll number<\/strong> and date of birth<\/strong>. Additionally, they can also check their WB 10th Result 2024 through SMS and app facilities. The West Bengal Madhyamik Exams 2024 were conducted from February 2 to 12, 2024.<\/p>\n

Schools typically receive the marksheets and certificates from the respective Camp Offices of the West Bengal Board on the same day as the results are declared. It’s essential to note that the WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2024 released online is provisional, and students must collect their original mark sheet from their schools.<\/p>\n

    Highlights of WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2024:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • The WBBSE announced the Madhyamik Result 2024 via a Press Conference, revealing that this year, more female students appeared for the WBBSE Exam 2024 than male candidates. The Board also disclosed the overall pass percentage, toppers, and other relevant statistics. The Madhyamik Result Link 2024 became active by 9:45 AM.<\/li>\n
    • In the recent exam session, a total of 923,636 candidates, including both internal and external candidates, enrolled for the examination. Out of these, 912,598 candidates appeared for the test, indicating a commendable turnout. Among the test-takers, 403,900 were male, while the number of female candidates surpassed 5 lakh, showcasing a substantial 25.95% more female participation compared to their male counterparts, signifying a positive trend towards gender inclusivity in education.<\/li>\n
    • The overall pass percentage this year is 86.31%. Of the total 9,12,598 students who appeared for the exams, which included 4,03,900 boys and 5,08,698 girls, as many as 7,64,252 students passed.<\/li>\n
    • The district with the highest pass percentage is Kalimpong with 96.26%.<\/li>\n
    • The top-performing districts in the WBBSE Madhyamik Exam 2024 exhibited impressive pass rates, with Kalimpong leading the list at 96.26%, followed closely by East Medinipur at 95.41%. Kolkata and West Medinipur also demonstrated strong performances, with pass rates of 91.62% and 91.41%, respectively.<\/li>\n
    • The pass percentage this year has shown improvement compared to last year’s 86.15%.<\/li>\n
    • WBBSE Madhyamik Toppers list 2024 has been released, with 57 students making it to the merit list.<\/li>\n
    • Notable achievements include 1,18,411 students scoring 65% and above marks, with Chandrachur Sen securing Rank 1 with 693 marks (99%).<\/li>\n
    • More girl students appeared for the exam compared to male candidates.<\/li>\n
    • The WBBSE Madhyamik result 2024 link has been activated for students to check their results. Out of 57 candidates in the top ten merit list, eight are from South 24 Parganas district, among others.<\/li>\n
    • A significant percentage of students achieved placement in the first division, with 1,18,411 individuals scoring over 60% marks.<\/li>\n
