In response to this initiative, the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) have begun offering BTech-MTech dual-degree programs since the previous year. To embark on these BTech dual-degree endeavors at IITs, aspirants must successfully clear both the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2024) and JEE Advanced 2024, and actively engage in the JoSAA counseling process.<\/p>\n<p>According to the admission guidelines, the top 2,50,000 rank holders of <strong>JEE Main 2024<\/strong> will qualify for <strong>JEE Advanced 2024<\/strong>. All 23 IITs are poised to admit students into various programs such as BTech, integrated MTech, integrated MSc, and<strong> BTech-MTech dual degree programs<\/strong> in engineering, sciences, or architecture, contingent upon their JEE Advanced scores and meeting the eligibility criteria. Some IITs offer students enrolled in the 4-year bachelor&#8217;s program the option to pursue BTech (Honors) and\/or BTech with Minors. Dual-degree students may also elect to pursue a Minor. Additionally, certain IITs provide BTech students the opportunity to pursue an Interdisciplinary Dual Degree, involving a Bachelor&#8217;s in the parent Department and a Master&#8217;s in another Department,\u201d as stated by IIT Madras.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>BTech-MTech Dual Degree Courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>The following are the dual-degree courses offered by 23 dua<\/p>\n<p>l-degree guidelines to foster greater flexibility in higher education. Alongside permitting students to undertake two courses simultaneously, the statutory body also introduced provisions for multiple-entry and multiple exit, aligning with the principles outlined in the National Education Policy (NEP) of 2020.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest developments, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is anticipated to announce the results of <strong>JEE Main 2024 session 1<\/strong> for the 55,493 students who appeared in the BArch and BPlanning examinations.
