To ensure a smooth examination process, students are kindly reminded to observe the stipulated regulations, such as wearing the designated school uniforms and presenting their CBSE Admit cards for entry into the examination hall.<\/p>\n<p>The ongoing CBSE board exams for Classes 10 and 12 commenced on February 15. The Class 10 examinations are set to conclude on March 13, while the Class 12 exams are scheduled to conclude on April 2. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>CBSE 2024 Class 10<sup>th<\/sup> Exam Analysis Social Science<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Test Paper Code 32\/1\/2<\/li>\n<li>The paper was on the Moderate to difficult<\/li>\n<li>The average expected score should be 75% to 85%<\/li>\n<li>It matched the Sample Question Paper shared by the Board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Section-wise Details Comprising the Following Information:<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As per the reactions shared by experts and students, Sections A and B were easy, Section C was conceptual, and Sections D and E were difficult and analysis-based. Questions were based on NCERT. MCQ-based questions were easy. Case-based questions require an analytical understanding.<\/p>\n<p>Class 10 Social Science question paper consisted of 37 questions with internal choice as per board pattern. \u201cCBSE social science paper had questions that covered the entire syllabus. The paper consisted of four units: History Democratic Politics, Geography, and Economics. Each unit carried roughly equal weightage. The difficulty level of the question paper was medium. All three sets contained mostly similar questions. There was a very minor change in long answer-type questions across all the sets.<\/p>\n<p>The students who stuck to NCERT-prescribed study material would have been able to crack the questions easily, experts believe. \u201cThe paper aimed to evaluate students\u2019 comprehension of prescribed texts, their ability to engage in critical analysis, and their proficiency in articulating knowledge effectively.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reactions From Students<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Students also stated that &#8220;The Class 10 Social Science board exam presented a well-rounded challenge with a moderate difficulty level, incorporating tricky Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) that encouraged critical thinking. All questions, sourced from NCERT textbooks, underscoring the importance of thorough preparation. Map-based questions provided a navigable segment, while subjective questions, particularly those based on statements, proved both thought-provoking and manageable.
