The Joint Entrance Exam 2024 registrations are underway for\u00a0JEE Main Exam 2024 session 2<\/strong>. The conducting body National Testing Agency (NTA) began the JEE Main Session 2 online registration process on February 2, after the conclusion of the JEE Main Session 1 exams.<\/p>\n

All eligible candidates can apply for the\u00a0JEE Main Session 2 exam<\/strong>\u00a0on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Personal information and academic records must be uploaded to successfully submit the online application. The last date to apply was March 2, 2024 which has now been extended to March 4, 2024.<\/p>\n

The JEE Main session 2 exam gives an added opportunity for students to appear for the standardized computer-based test for admission to various undergraduate programs in the engineering domain across top institutions like NITs, IIITs, and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, as well as acting as a qualifying exam for the JEE Advanced exam, which is essential for admission into the coveted Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).<\/p>\n

Candidates can fill out the JEE Mains application form by following the below-mentioned steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Click on the jeemain.nta.ac.in 2024 registration link<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Create a new registration<\/li>\n
  • Choose a mode of login and identification for submission of the application form<\/li>\n
  • Complete registration using details name, mobile number, and email address.<\/li>\n
  • After completing the registration, login using an option \u2013 JEE Mains Digi locker login \/ ABC ID\/application number<\/li>\n
  • Fill in your personal and educational details<\/li>\n
  • Upload scanned images of the photograph and signature<\/li>\n
  • Payment of JEE Main application fees<\/li>\n
  • Download the confirmation page for future reference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Keep your class 12th Qualification details ready.<\/li>\n
    • Keep your class 12th mark sheet in the prescribed size and format.<\/li>\n

    • You must have a scanned image of your passport-size photograph & signature.<\/li>\n

      Eligibility for JEE Main Session 2 Exam<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      • Candidates who applied and paid the examination fee for JEE Main 2024 session 1 and wish to participate in JEE Main 2024 session 2 must log in with their previous Application Number and Password from session 1.<\/li>\n
      • Apart from the basic eligibility criteria to apply for the exam, as mentioned by the NTA, candidates must know the following conditions to be eligible to appear for the JEE Main Session 2 exam. Here\u2019s an overview-<\/li>\n
      • Candidates who have already registered for both session 1 and session 2 of the JEE (Main) \u2013 2024 can change their course, question paper language, eligibility state code, exam cities, educational qualifications for Class 10 and 12, and fee payment details. However, any corrections in these areas will be subject to an additional fee, if applicable, and can only be made after payment.<\/li>\n
      • Candidates already registered for session 1 but have not yet applied for session 2 of the JEE (Main) \u2013 2024 are considered existing candidates for session 2. Candidates can choose their course, question paper language, eligibility state code, exam cities, educational qualifications for Classes 10 and 12, and fee payment details.<\/li>\n
