All those candidates who have not appeared for the examination and have not received seat allotment in the previous counselling rounds can register themselves on the official website. The registration deadline for registration is November 8, 2023. According to the schedule, candidates will be given their rank cards, and the merit list will be published on November 9, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling merit list considers the information that is filled by the students upon registration, and the results of the NEET Exam are taken into account while making the merit list. The choice-filling option for candidates will be available on the website from November 10 to November 11, 2023. Candidates falling under the general, EWS, BC, and EBC categories must pay the registration fee of Rs 1,200. For SC &amp; ST applicants, the registration fee is Rs 600. For private colleges, the fee for all applicants is Rs 1,200.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bihar NEET UG 2023 Special Stray Vacancy Round: Steps to Enrol<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in<\/li>\n<li>Locate and click on the UGMAC application portal<\/li>\n<li>Input your basic details to generate a new user ID and password for access<\/li>\n<li>Login using the credentials provided by the system<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to fill out the comprehensive BCECEB NEET UG application form<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to upload all the necessary documents as per the guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Complete the process by paying the counselling fee as applicable<\/li>\n<li>After thorough verification, submit the form and keep a printed copy for future reference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All those candidates allotted seats in the Special Stray Vacancy Round will be considered admitted. However, if a candidate fails to be admission to the allotted seat, their Security Deposit Amount will be forfeited, and the allocated data will be shared with MCC.<\/p>\n<p>These candidates will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent round of counselling.
