The initial deadline for schools to submit registration data for Class 9 and Class 11 students without incurring late fees was October 25. However, this deadline has been extended, and schools now have until November 10 to submit this information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In response to feedback from schools, CBSE has decided to provide an additional window for registration. From November 11 to November 18, schools will have the option to submit registration data with the payment of late fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CBSE issued a statement regarding the extension, noting, &#8220;Considering various representations received from schools, the schedule for submission of registration data for Class 9 and 11 students for the 2023-24 academic year has been extended.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CBSE has also emphasized the importance of ensuring that registered students are genuinely affiliated with the schools. It is imperative that the registered students are regular and bonafide attendees of the school, and no bonafide student&#8217;s name should be left unregistered. Students should not be associated with unauthorized or unaffiliated schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To facilitate the registration process, all schools are required to input student information into the OASIS portal. Additionally, when filling in the names of candidates, their mothers, fathers, or guardians, schools should use full names and avoid using abbreviations. CBSE has stressed that the use of abbreviations could lead to issues for students in the future.
