This process will be conducted in multiple cohorts, primarily focusing on the postgraduate programme (PGP) students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first cohort is scheduled to commence on October 31, while the second and third cohorts will follow on November 3 and November 6, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IIM Ahmedabad employs a cluster-based placement approach, wherein companies with similar job profiles are grouped together in cohorts. This grouping facilitates a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enhance accessibility for both students and recruiters, IIM Ahmedabad has opted for a hybrid placement model.
