Libraries become the favourite hangout place for these kids as they slurp on caffeinated beverages and chug their favourite junk. However, they fail to note that caffeine dehydrates the body causing fatigue and headache. It is thus advised to avoid caffeinated drinks or balance it with adequate amount of water.
