According to the official statement, the madhyamik level exams will now be conducted as internal class examinations within the schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under this new system, students will still be thoroughly evaluated and receive either a pass or fail grade, but the exams will be administered at the school level instead of being conducted by SEBA. However, it is important to note that the Assam Higher Secondary (HS) exams will continue to be conducted annually in the usual manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This decision to eliminate board exams for Class 10 has been made based on the belief of officials that these exams will no longer hold the same level of significance, aligning with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP).
