The registration process for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate (UG) 2023 ended on April 15, with the entrance exam for admission into undergraduate medical courses scheduled to be administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) scheduled on May 7. However, a group of medical aspirants are requesting a postponement of the exam by at least one month and they have appealed the same to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students have appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressing their concerns about the inadequate preparation time provided for the upcoming NEET 2023 entrance exam. They emphasized the exam’s significance as a turning point in their lives and do not want to risk their futures due to a lack of preparation time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using hashtags such as #NEETUG23 and #neetugpostpone, students have taken to social media to voice their concerns and draw attention to their requests. One student pointed out that while the academic calendar runs for 12 months, only 10 months have been provided for NEET preparation. Aspirants have even tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in several tweets, requesting an extension of NEET exam date which is scheduled for May 07, 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from this, students are also demanding the extension of the NEET registration window. According to the students, many of them were unable to complete the NEET UG registration in the provided time frame due to various issues.<\/span><\/p>\n
