The National Board of Medical Sciences, NBE conducted the NEET PG exam for more than 2 lakh students at 902 examination centers across 277 cities on March 5 for admission to MD\/MS\/PG Diploma and Post MBBS DNB Courses, Direct 6 Year DrNB Courses & NBEMS Diploma Courses. NEET PG 2023 question paper had 200 multiple choice questions and candidates will get 4 marks for every correct response and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The admission will be ensured via various counseling rounds depending upon the candidate’s scores.<\/p>\n

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences released the result for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post-Graduate (NEET-PG) 2023 on March 14. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their scores on the official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.<\/p>\n

        NEET PG 2023 Counselling<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Based on the ranks secured by the candidates, the NEET PG merit list 2023 will be prepared. The designated Counseling Authority for\u00a0NEET-PG counseling\u00a0is the\u00a0Medical Counseling Committee (MCC)\u00a0of DGHS, Govt of India. The\u00a0Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)\u00a0will conduct NEET PG counselling 2023 after the merit list is released.\u00a0Counseling for NEET PG 2023 is likely to begin four months later.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. The Counseling for 50% of seats of the All India Quota will be conducted by MCC.<\/li>\n
        2. The counseling for 100% of seats of Deemed\/Central Universities will be conducted by MCC.<\/li>\n
        3. The Counseling for 100% of all India open DNB seats will be conducted by MCC.<\/li>\n
        4. A separate handbook informing details of the counseling process and applicable reservations shall be released by the designated counseling authority for NEET-PG 2023.<\/li>\n
        5. Seat allotment will be based on the NEET PG 2023 result, candidate choices, availability of seats, reservation criteria, and other factors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The National board of examination has also stated that subject experts have re-checked for the technical correctness of the questions as well as answer keys. \u201cNo question was found to be technically incorrect\u201d. The merit position for All India 50 percent quota seats shall be released separately.<\/p>\n
