\nThe JEE Main 2023 Session 1 exam has begun on 24 January 2023. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023 is conducted for admission to IIITs, NITs, and other Engineering colleges. The National Testing Agency will conduct the entrance test for BE\/BTech aspirants on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, and February 1. This paper will be held in 2 shifts \u2013 from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.<\/p>\n

JEE Main 2023 Registration: NTA Releases Notice for Duplicate JEE Main Applications<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has put on hold the candidature of all those candidates who have filled out multiple application forms for JEE Main 2023 session 1. The exam of such candidates is not scheduled for the 24th and 25th of January 2023. Once the candidates clarify their position with a justified representation, then only they will be allowed to appear for the JEE Main exam 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

JEE Main Admit Card 2023 Release Date for Day 2<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The JEE Main 2023 admit card of candidates for January 25 of JEE Main exam is now available on the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can log in to the website to download JEE Main admit card 2023 and take a printout of the same on A4 size paper for further use at the exam centre tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n

JEE Main 2023 Answer Key: When is NTA Likely to Release the JEE Main Official Answer Key?<\/span><\/h3>\n

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release JEE Main Answer Key 2023 on the official website of the exam – jeemain.nta.nic.in after February 1, 2023. Students need to fill in their username and password to download the JEE Main 2023 provisional answer key.<\/span><\/p>\n

JEE Main 2023 Paper Analysis<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
\n

JEE Main 2023 question paper analysis for JEE Main Paper 1 BE\/BTech will be released today after 12 pm. JEE Main paper 1, shift 1 analysis will be prepared on the basis of reactions and feedback of candidates who appeared for the JEE Main 2023.<\/p>\n

Analysis of JEE (Main) Paper of Jan 24, 2023 (Morning Shift)<\/h3>\n

The paper was of easy to moderate level. A few good questions were sprinkled here and there in the three subjects. A majority of students felt that the Physics section was the easiest, whereas Chemistry was of easy to moderate levels. Mathematics was moderate. Chemistry was Memory Based while Maths was calculative but students were able to complete the paper within the time frame. A subject-wise analysis in detail is given below:<\/p>\n

Physics:<\/strong> Questions were set from covering all the topics. Students were tested on the simple level of applicability of concepts. Numericals were more in numbers than theoretical questions. Questions were from Thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Optics, Magnetism, Modern Physics, and other chapters. Those students who have thoroughly covered the syllabus of XI and XII along with sufficient problem solving through a similar types of practice tests will score nicely in this paper.<\/p>\n

Chemistry:<\/strong> Chemistry part was on predicted lines. It was observed by Students that physical portion was less as compare to Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. All the questions from Organic Chemistry were asked in MCQ form. The whole paper was NCERT based. Chemistry in everyday life, GOC, Aldehydes and Ketones and Biomolecules are the chapters from which a significant number of questions were asked.<\/p>\n

A thorough study of NCERT books, solving NCERT exemplar, and practicing through mock tests holds the key for success in this paper.<\/p>\n

Mathematics: <\/strong>Mathematics part was a bit lengthy but moderate. 5 to 6 questions from Calculus were the main part of the paper. There were not less than 5 questions from Algebra, 2 questions from Coordinate Geometry and 2 or 3 questions from Trigonometry. Chapters like Vectors, 3D Geometry and Probability too found representation in this paper.<\/p>\n

Participating in a lot of mock tests will really help you to crack this exam.<\/p>\n

Overall, it was a typical JEE (Main) paper of moderate difficulty level which can be solved comfortably in the stipulated time. Also, solving Archive questions really helped students. The order of difficulty in different subjects as assessed by a large section of aspirants is<\/p>\n

Mathematics > Chemistry > Physics.<\/strong><\/p>\n
