Joint Seat Allocation Authority, JoSAA is conducting counselling for the candidates who appeared for JEE Main or JEE Advanced exam. Only these candidates are eligible to apply for the counselling process. The\u00a0seat allotment for Round 4 was released on 8 October 2022 and online reporting for the same has started. The last date to complete the online reporting is 10 October 2022.<\/p>\n

Eligible candidates need to pay the fees for the seat allotment, upload their documents and respond to queries if any for Round 4. All must note clearly that online reporting has to be done by 5 pm. Once the process is complete, the seat will be confirmed. The last date to respond to queries is 11 October 2022. As per the latest notice released, candidates can initiate the withdrawal of a seat\/ Exit from the seat allocation process from 9 October at 10 am to 10 October at 5 pm.<\/p>\n

All those students who could not qualify in Round 4, need not worry as the authorities would release allotment results for other rounds as well. The Round 5 seat allotment would be released on 12 October 2022.<\/p>\n

    JoSAA Counselling 2022 Round 5: How to Check Result<\/h3>\n

    Step 1:<\/strong> Visit the official website – jossa.nic.in.<\/p>\n

    Step 2:<\/strong> On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘View seat allotment results Round 5’<\/p>\n

    Step 3:<\/strong> A new page will appear on the screen<\/p>\n

    Step 4:<\/strong> Enter the asked credentials and click on the submit option<\/p>\n

    Step 5:<\/strong> The Round 5 seat allotment result will appear on the screen<\/p>\n

    Step 6:<\/strong> Download the same and take a printout for future reference<\/p>\n
