Students\u2019 have shared that Physics was the easiest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mathematics was of moderate level with slightly lengthy calculations involved.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chemistry was observed to be easy to moderate level.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A detailed subject-wise analysis is given below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chemistry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majority of the questions in the Chemistry paper were from NCERT books.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There were 5 numerical-based questions from Physical Chemistry and the remaining from inorganic and inorganic Chemistry. There were questions from Environmental Chemistry, Coordination Compounds, p-Block elements, Equilibrium, Thermodynamics, etc. There was a uniform distribution of questions from all chapters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Physics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Physics was the easiest paper among all. There were a good number of numericals which were largely formula based. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The questions were proportionately asked from chapters such as &#8211; Electricity and Magnetism, Mechanics, Units and Dimensions, Optics ,Waves and Sound, and Modern Physics, etc. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solving a good number of mock tests would prove to be a better strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mathematics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mathematics paper was moderate yet lengthy due to large calculations involved. A few good questions were interspersed sporadically. NTA will strictly monitor all sorts of unfair means such as carrying any item or article which has been prohibited or can be used for unfair practices including any stationery item, communication device, accessories, eatable items, ornaments, etc to the examination hall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Candidates are requested to retain a copy of the Confirmation Page, Admit Card, and Scorecard of the JEE (Main) \u2013 2022 as the same will not be available after 30 June 2022. Candidates can check the 25 June Shift 1 &amp; 2 question paper solutions and analysis on this page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>5:25 PM:<\/strong> The JEE Main Session 2 will be conducted from July 21 to July 30. NTA has strictly mentioned that those who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of test for any reason, re-test shall not be held by the NTA under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4:50 PM:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The JEE Main 2022 Question Paper analysis for Second shift will be available soon by experts once the evening shift ends at 6 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4:00 PM: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates are advised to do the calculations with the constants given (if any) in the questions. NTA has mentioned in its notification to round off the answer to the nearest Integer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3:30 PM:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates should do all calculations\/writing work only in the rough sheet provided at the Centre in the Examination Room\/Hall and they must handover the rough sheets to the invigilator in the exam hall on completion of the test.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>3:00 PM:<\/strong> The NTA JEE Main 2022 Day 2 Shift 2 started at 3 pm today. Scribe will be provided by the NTA to PwD candidates who have opted for the same in the Online Application Form. Candidates will not be allowed to bring their own Scribe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2:30 PM:<\/strong> Candidates must refrain from using any unfair practices in the JEE Main 2022 exam as the examination centres are under surveillance of CCTV and equipped with Jammers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2:00 PM:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Centre wearing his\/her own mask. Masks will be provided at the Centre. Personal masks will be disposed of in a closed pedal push bin provided at the Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1:00 PM:<\/strong> Candidates getting ready for the second shift JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Exam are advised to check all the details on the JEE Main 2022 Admit Card such as reporting time at the centre, gate closing time of centre and other relevant information so that they don\u2019t panic at the last moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>12:00 PM:<\/strong> JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Day 3 Morning shift Exam for BE\/BTech ended at 12 pm today. The next shift will begin at 3 pm today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>11: 30 AM:<\/strong> JEE Main Session 1 Day 3 Exam is going to end in half an hour. There would be a lot of buzz around the difficulty levels of the question, expected cutoff and other aspects once the exam ends at 12 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>11:00 AM:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The JEE Main Question Paper analysis for Day 3 Shift 1 will be available once the morning shift exam gets over at 12 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>10:30 AM:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s a joy for candidates. For those who have opted for any other language during registration will appear on the right side of the question screen. For any doubt or clarification, students are advised to refer to English as the final. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>8:30 AM:<\/strong> Entry to the exam hall begins. NTA has facilitated a clock to be set at the server. Students must note that the countdown timer on the top right corner of the screen will display the remaining available time to complete the examination. However, in CBT mode, the candidate can also choose\/select his\/her opted medium of Question Paper during the examination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Q2. If any candidate did not apply for Session 1, can he\/she apply for Session 2?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, if a candidate has missed filling up the Application Form for Session 1, he\/she can fill up the Application Form for Session 2 at the time of opening the portal for that session. Can a candidate appear in any one session or has to appear in both Sessions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is at the discretion of the candidate. NTA has mentioned that a candidate need not appear in both Sessions. However, if a candidate appears in more than one session, then their best of the JEE (Main) &#8211; 2022 NTA scores will be considered for preparation of Merit List\/ Ranking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Q4. Will NTA reserve its discretion to fix the centre in a city?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exam centres are allotted as per the selection of cities of the candidates on the online Application form. NTA ensures to allot the centre as per their choices and within city jurisdiction.
