Exam Pattern of CUET 2022<\/b><\/h4>\n

The CUET 2022 exam paper pattern<\/a> will have MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) conducted in CBT (Computer-Based Test) format. It is decided into four sections: Section IA & Section IB is for Language Test, Section II is for Domain-Specific Subject Test, and Section III is for General Test.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Section IA:<\/b> This section is for Language Tests. You must select at the minimum one language from this section. It has 13 languages.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Section IB:<\/b> This section is also for Language Tests. You can select any language from this section. It is not a mandatory section. It has 19 languages.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Section II:<\/b> This is a Domain-Specific Subject section. It has 27 subjects, and you can select a maximum of six subjects from this section. Your choice of subject must be in the chart of your desired universities or colleges.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Section III:<\/b> This section is for the General Test. It is an optional test for cross-stream, vocational, or open eligibility tests.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

III<\/span><\/td>\nThis section is for any UG program provided by universities that demands a general test during the entrance test.<\/span><\/td>\nOut of 75 questions, candidates have to attempt a maximum of 60 questions.<\/span><\/td>\nThis section will include MCQ-based questions. The questions will be based on current affairs, general mental ability, quantitative reasoning, general knowledge, and analytical and logical reasoning.<\/span><\/td>\n60-minutes will be provided.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Syllabus of CUET 2022<\/b><\/p>\n

Previously, CUET was held in the paper-pen mode, but it has changed its mode of examination with time. CUET 2022 will be held using Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. It comprises four sections, and each section has its separate syllabus. The distribution of the CUET 2022 syllabus<\/a> is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. For Section IA:<\/b> This section has 13 languages, i.e.,\u00a0 English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Odia, Punjabi, Urdu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, and Telugu.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. For Section IB:<\/b> This section encompasses 19 languages, i.e., Kashmiri, Sindhi, Manipuri, Konkani, Dogri, Nepali, Bodo, Tibetan, Maithili, Santhali, French, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Arabic, Persian, and Italian.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subject-wise Weightage of CUET 2022<\/b><\/h4>\n

The CUET 2022 exam paper contains four sections. It is mandatory to attempt Section IA, Section II, and Section III.
