A Supreme Court bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud agreed to list this matter for urgent hearing as the exam was scheduled to be held on 21st May 2022. It was stated that the matter was brought to the attention of the SC bench by Senior Adv Rakesh Khanna following which the bench has agreed to hear the petition.<\/p>\n<p>The appeal said, \u201cThe petitioners are the doctors who are doing their requisite internship with different hospitals across the country. The petition argued that NEET-PG 2021 candidates should not be made to suffer and be given a fair opportunity to participate in NEET PG Examination 2022.<\/p>\n<p>In light of this, aspirants have been demanding the postponement of the PG Medical entrance exam so that candidates who are not allotted seats get another chance to appear for the exam.
