The paper was in a subjective format and consisted of a total of 15 questions. The CBSE Class 10 Term 2 Science exam was a 2-hour exam and started at 10.30 a.m. The exam concluded at 12:30 p.m. and the exam analysis will soon be updated here on this page.<\/p>\n<h3>CBSE Class 10 Science Term 2 Exam 2022: Question Paper Pattern<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The question paper had a total of 12 printed pages<\/li>\n<li>There were a total of 15 questions in the paper<\/li>\n<li>All questions were compulsory<\/li>\n<li>There were internal choices in some of the questions<\/li>\n<li>The question paper was divided into three sections:<br \/>\nSection A: with 7 questions of 2 marks each<br \/>\nSection B: with 6 questions of 3 marks each<br \/>\nSection C: with 2 case-based questions of 4 marks each<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>CBSE Class 10 Science Question Paper, Answer &amp; Solutions PDF: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dcx0p3on5z8dw.cloudfront.net\/Aakash\/s3fs-public\/pdf_management_files\/sm_sa\/CBSE-X-Ques%20%26%20Sol_Science%20%28Term-II%29_Class-X_10-05-2022.pdf?7EYHeFqgX86uOV7dsLDncQ7pTwvC.8B0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download Now\u00a0<\/a><\/h4>\n<h3>CBSE CLASS-10 TERM-2 Science EXAM ANALYSIS (10-MAY-2022) Code: 31\/2\/1<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The difficulty level of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aakash.ac.in\/boards\/cbse-class-10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBSE Class-10<\/a> Science paper was from Easy to Difficult.<\/li>\n<li>After detailed analysis, the breakup of the Science paper is\n<ul>\n<li>Easy questions &#8211; around 30 %<\/li>\n<li>Moderate questions &#8211; around 50%<\/li>\n<li>Difficult questions &#8211; around 20%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The average score expected by the students overall is 30 to 32.<\/li>\n<li>Pattern of paper was same as given in the sample paper issued by CBSE.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section \u2013A:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This section was 85% Easy and 15% Moderately difficult.<\/li>\n<li>The section contained 4 questions from Biology with one internal choice, 2 questions from Chemistry, 1 question from Physics with one internal choice.<\/li>\n<li>All questions were from prescribed NCERT Textbook.<\/li>\n<li>The number of easy questions in this section was 5 and 2 were moderate difficult questions.<\/li>\n<li>This section carried 2 questions from \u2018How do organism reproduce\u2019, 2 questions from \u2018Our Environment\u2019, 1 question from \u2018Magnetic effect of current\u2019, 1 question from \u2018Carbon and its Compounds\u2019 and 1 question from \u2018Periodic Classification of Elements\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>No confusing and lengthy questions were a part of this section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section \u2013B:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This section was 100% moderate.<\/li>\n<li>All questions were from prescribed NCERT text book.<\/li>\n<li>This section contained 2 questions from each subject (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with internal choice in Chemistry and Physics only.<\/li>\n<li>This section carried 1 question from \u2018Periodic Classification of Elements\u2019, 1 question from \u2018Carbon and its Compounds\u2019, 2 questions from \u2018Electricity\u2019, 2 questions from chapter \u2018Heredity and Evolution\u2019 and \u2018Our Environment\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>There were no confusing questions in this section but the questions were lengthy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section \u2013C:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This section was 100% difficult.<\/li>\n<li>2 questions were based on Case-Study pattern comprising 1 question from Biology, chapter \u2018Heredity and Evolution\u2019, whereas 1 question from Physics, chapter \u2018Magnetic effects of current.\u2019<\/li>\n<li>All questions were from prescribed NCERT text book.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CBSE Class 10 Science Term 2 Exam was held today at various exam centers.
