But, in Term 2 exams, CBSE has preferred only one chapter.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Chapter 9 &#8211; Some Applications of Trigonometry<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Topics included in this chapter are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angle of elevation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angle of Depression<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simple problems with heights and distances<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problems should not involve more than two right triangles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note:-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Problems with elevation angles or depression should be only 30\u00b0, 45\u00b0, or 60\u00b0 for the Term 2 exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Unit-IV MENSURATION:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Class 10 Term 2 Mathematics exam, CBSE selected only a given chapter in the NCERT book from this unit and decided to analyse students.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Chapter 13 &#8211; Surface Areas and Volumes<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Topics included in this chapter are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surface areas and volumes of combinations of any two of the following: cubes, cuboids, spheres, hemispheres, and right circular cylinders\/cones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problems involving converting one type of metallic solid into another and other mixed problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note:-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Problems with a combination of not more than two different solids be taken in the Term 2 exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Unit-V STATISTICS &amp; PROBABILITY:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From this unit, this time, CBSE has decided to analyse students for knowledge of the remaining topics of Statistics.
