The celebration of International Women’s Day began in 1910 when a woman named Clara Zetkin, head of the German Social Democratic Women’s Office, introduced the concept. This day was named Women’s Day after being unanimously approved and accepted by over 100 women around the world.\u00a0 Since then the day has been celebrated on March 8, 1913, and is now celebrated on the same day every year.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Women\u2019s Day was observed at the beginning of the 20th century when the world experienced industrialization and brought tremendous growth and development. This day was originally known as International Working Women’s Day. For several years, people have been recognizing the potential of women regardless of their career path, and since then, International Women’s Day has taken on new meaning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate, develop and empower women!
