This is one of the biggest myths, studying from many sources will leave you confused. Stick to NCERT and byheart it first. NCERT is one of the key resources you need to crack the NEET exam. Along with NCERT books, you can consider the resources given by your respective <\/span>NEET coaching <\/span><\/a>centers, solve previous year question papers, and NEET mock tests. Myth #3: You Need To Study For 10 Hours To Score Well In NEET<\/h3>\n

You surely must have heard quality over quantity? This is also the case in your NEET preparation. If you\u2019re studying for 10 hours and you\u2019re distracted all the time, this does not sound productive at all. Whereas 3 hours of study with utmost focus may be fruitful. According to many researchers, we cannot focus on anything for more than 45 minutes, so studying for 8 to 10 hours will only make you lose focus and productivity. Rather prepare a study plan with a 10 to 15 mins break in every 45 mins, so that you get the time to relax your mind and the ability to focus on a topic at the same time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
