The Class 10 social science exam was held from 11:30 to 1:00 pm in the offline mode. As per discussion with the students, overall the CBSE Class 10 social science board exam paper was quite easy. The questions from the Geography section were tougher in comparison to the History section.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As analyzed, the exam had a mix of questions that covered almost all the subjects. The\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questions were evenly distributed across all four subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even after seeing the level of the exam, students were still happy and satisfied with the offline examination mode as they found it quite comfortable to appear for the CBSE board exam in their concerned school. As per many students, the objective-type question paper was quite easy and students who prepared from NCERT books are likely to expect good scores. Studying the NCERT books thoroughly can also help these students to score well in the CBSE 10th Board exams. The Question paper was based on sample papers that were issued by CBSE. Each of the questions was based on facts and was directly from the chapters.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Highlights of the Exam<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Social science paper carries a total of 40 marks and students were given 90 minutes to complete this section.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The MCQ-based paper consists of 4 sections. As per the CBSE Social Science paper format, Section-A had 24 questions. Out of all these questions, students were supposed to attempt 20 questions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Section B, students had to complete 18 questions out of a total of 22 questions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Section C, out of 12 case-study questions, students had to attempt a total of 10 questions. These case based questions were easy and directly from the text.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Section D, students had to attempt 2 questions based on maps which were compulsory.
