\nCandidates who are interested in engineering admissions via the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main) 2021 can learn more about the NIT Admissions process here. Almost all engineering students aspire to attend one of the best NITs. In India, there are currently 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), with nearly 23,506 engineering seats.<\/p>\n

JOSAA counselling, seat locking, and paper checking are all part of the NIT admissions process in 2021. Candidates who want to apply for NIT admissions in 2021 via the JEE Main exam should go to the official website and registered themselves for JOSAA counselling 2021.<\/p>\n

Admission process in NITs through JEE Main 2021<\/h2>\n

1. Filling JEE Main 2021 application form<\/h3>\n

Candidates need to complete their JEE Main 2021 registration. Once the registration is successful, candidates need to fill the JEE Main application form. NTA will release the JEE Main April and May application form on the official website.<\/p>\n

2. Appearing in JEE Main 2021<\/h3>\n

All the registered applicants have to appear for the JEE Main exam. NTA has successfully conducted JEE Main 2021 for February and March sessions. However, due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, JEE Main 2021 exam date will be announced later on the official website of NTA.<\/p>\n

3. JOSAA Registration<\/h3>\n

The next step is to complete JOSAA registration from the official website. All the shortlisted candidates have to fill in the JOSAA registration form.<\/p>\n

4. Allocation of Seats<\/h3>\n

Candidates based on JEE Main rank will be allotted seats in various NITs. All the candidates satisfied with the seats allocated to them have to lock the seat and pay the acceptance fee in the online mode.<\/p>\n

5. Document Verification<\/h3>\n

Candidates allotted seats in the JOSAA Counselling have to report to the institute for remaining fee payment and document verification.<\/p>\n
