Medical aspirants for session \u20182019-20\u2019 have now an amazing reason to be happy. The academic session \u20182019-20\u2019 has something really big in its pocket for all of our future doctors.<\/p>\n

The Indian government since 2012 was on a mission to upsurge the medical seats in Indian government colleges to let the Indian students enjoy a medical spree but the academic year \u20182019-20\u2019 will forever be termed as \u2018Historical\u2019 and the reason is the gigantic addition of 2,750 medical seats to the existing ones. The icing on the cake however is that, following the government\u2019s trail, there will also be an increase of approx. 1500 private medical seats due to the opening of around 35 new private medical colleges at various locations in India.<\/p>\n

It is to be noted that the change in the medical sector began after year 2012 when the government initiated opening of new government colleges and adding seats to the existing ones after years of inactive growth in the sector.<\/p>\n

The scarcity of medical seats in India has always been problematic for Indian medical aspirants but with this drastic step in the direction of advancement, Indian medical aspirants can for sure expect the positive outlook to grow in the coming years.<\/p>\n

As for now, the increase of 2750 government medical seats and approx. 1500 private medical seats is a huge sigh of relief to the MBBS 2019 aspirants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
