Here are a few tips one must follow to avoid negative marking.
Avoid solving questions straight away. Read the question paper once thoroughly before answering.
Don’t attempt any question that you are doubtful about. If you get stuck on a question you are not confident about, skip it but do not attempt it in a hurry.
Do not stress out about the questions you do not know. Solve the ones that you are confident about.
Avoid answering at the last moment. Do not attempt any leftover questions if you are not confident about them.
Follow the suggested guidelines by NTA on negative marking to score better.
Being confident before the exam is a good thing, but watch out not to be overconfident and become careless while answering questions.
