A JEE dropout should put in at least 8 to 10 hours a day of study time, including coaching sessions.
Make a subject-wise plan as each subject has a different set of questions and requires a different strategy. Follow a limited set of reference books instead of wasting time on many books.
At the beginning of your preparation, become proficient in differentiation and integration and understand its application in Physics.
Learn the reaction process in Chemistry clearly so that you can predict the outcome of any reaction. Solving questions after completing a topic is always beneficial.
In Mathematics, understand the concept, and try to solve as many problems of that topic as possible to get a deeper understanding.
Never neglect any topics, depending on past trends. Make a note of what you find difficult to understand and ask your teacher.
Keep revising from time to time. Also, solve previous years' question papers and practice papers for the JEE exam.
