Let us study what power is with a simple example. Manish is more academic by nature, whereas Naveen is more of a sports person.

They both start at the same time to climb stairs to the third floor of a building.

Manish takes 120  seconds to reach, and Naveen can in 75 seconds.

In this case, both have done the same work, but Naveen has more power to do work and is faster than Manish.

What is Power: In science, power explains how fast a machine can do work.

Power Definition in Physics: Power is defined as the work done per unit of time by an object, or the rate of doing work is power.

The world is advancing so rapidly that time is a constraint. Every machine used has a power rating.

In a construction company, the power rating of the crane indicates how fast the debris can be lifted from the site.

In automobile companies, the power rating of the engines of different vehicles denotes the vehicle's speed.

We use dishwashers, washing machines, and grinders in daily household work, which make our work simpler.

When manual work is done, young, energetic boys are preferred over old men because the boys can do faster than older men.
