JEE Main 2022: Negative Marking Scheme Explained

JEE Main 2022 Question Paper has two sections - Section A and Section B.

Section A consists of 20 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section B consists of 10 numerical value questions.

Among the 10 questions in Section B, the candidates must attempt only five questions.

However, both the sections in JEE Main 2022 have negative marking for wrong or unattempted answers.

JEE Main 2022 Negative Marking: Every correct answer will fetch 4 marks and incorrect ones will lose 1 mark.
