Be it Maths, Physics or Chemistry, write all important formulae every day. Keep a separate section for this activity from your timetable.
The next step is to practice the problems using the formulae you memorised. This is one of the best methods to register formulas for a longer period.
You can also learn practical applications of concepts using YouTube videos to memorise them effectively.
You can highlight the important terms, use different coloured pens or design around a formula/concept/theorem to easily visualise and remember them for a longer period.
Do not club formulae of different subjects in the same notebook. Keep a separate short notebook for each subject.
Lastly, after completing your entire study, try to revise every day without giving more gaps, like 3-4 days or a week. The regular study improves your memory and retention power.
