The very first thing to do is to get familiar with the syllabus of JEE and mark the same in your Class 9 syllabus.
There are a few common topics which start from class 9 for example, Atoms & Nuclei, Electric Current, Magnetic Effects, States of Matter, Chemical Bonding, Molecular and Atomic Structure, Quadratic Equations and Trigonometry.
It is best to study the topics in-depth without having any doubts.
Make notes of every chapter and solve the problems that are at the end of the topic.
There are various mock tests/previous year papers related to JEE available for free online - try solving them.
Get separate books for each subject which have detailed information for your reference.
Prepare a timetable for JEE and check out the previous year's data for topic-wise weightage.
