How to Manage Anxiety and Stress During Preparation for NEET 2023?

If your study pace and schedule suit you the best, then never compare it with others; it will only create more stress for you.

Your timetable should include enough time for sleep and short breaks to eat and other activities. This reduces stress and helps in the relaxation of your mind.

Spend some time in meditation. When you feel anxious about not completing a syllabus or not having enough revision, mediation helps to manage the anxiety.

Follow the guidance given by your mentors, class teachers, friends and relatives. Sometimes, they have a better idea to revise any difficult topics.
