How to Boost Your Concentration and Memory for JEE 2023?

Meditation is one of the most effective ways to improve your memory. Daily, spend around 15 to 20 minutes practising meditation.

Try to visualise everything in steps as you're studying. Visual information is easier to remember. This will help you to memorise topics and recall them later.

While learning difficult concepts, associate them with something you are familiar with. It will be much easier for you to remember it later.

Try using mnemonics.  For e.g: “My Very Easy Method Just Speeds Up Naming Planets”. The first alphabet of every word stands for the name of a planet and is in the correct sequence.

Sleep deprivation can easily disrupt concentration. It is important to get 8 hours of sleep every day.

Taking a break from extended study sessions will help to increase your concentration.

Believe in yourself. It is important to stay motivated to boost your concentration and memory.
