Divide time slots for board and JEE prep. Give at least 3 to 5 hours for JEE Main preparation and 5 to 8 hours to Board preparation.
Dedicated time for board and JEE preparation
Solve at least 50 questions and 40 PYQs and plan a strategy for remaining days. This gives you an idea of the paper pattern and level of difficulty.
Books and Previous Year Questions
Prepare the chapters for JEE and boards on the same day to relate the topics. This also helps in understanding the topic better.
Relate the topics
Understand the syllabus and divide the topics you have to prepare day-wise.
Divide subject and topics
Take one small chapter and one big chapter to manage to prepare both within 4 days time.

Preparing through the model paper can be an added advantage for the boards. Make sure you consider the syllabus to avoid studying eliminated topics.
