Too many reference books can lead to confusion, and you can also miss out on the most important topics. Stick to limited reference books.
Continuous revision of concepts, equations and formulae is required for all the topics, and practice consistently.
Physical Chemistry consists of a lot of numerical problems. It is important to have knowledge of important formulas and logic to solve questions to gain accuracy.
Inorganic Chemistry is the most scoring topic. Maximum questions from this unit are in the context of bond formation, bond breaking and periodicity.
Organic Chemistry is mostly concept based. Focus on carbonyl groups, physical properties of organic groups and the polarization of carbonyl compounds.
Solve as many JEE Main mock tests and previous year’s JEE papers as possible to score well in the exam.
