How Did Charles Darwin Come Up With the Theory of Evolution?

‘Descent with Modification’ is the definition of evolution given by Charles Darwin.

According to him- With time, species will change but will have common ancestor qualities thereby resulting in a new species.

Darwin while travelling around the globe observed and recorded the features of local plants and animals.

He found various similar and different patterns that were distributed across the organisms depending on the environment.

After a few years of research, he proposed that new species are born from pre-existing species.

Later, Darwin carried out further investigations on fossils and wildlife as well to prove his evolution theory.

He also carried out his research on sexual selection, human evolution and plants.
