Applications of Faraday's Law of Electrolysis in our daily life

A non-metal, like hydrogen, can be produced by electrolysis which can be used as fertiliser.

It is also used to form chlorine which is useful in the disinfection of the water body.

We use it to produce fluorine that is needed in the production of nuclear material for nuclear power plants.

Copper, gold, aluminium and silver are useful metals in our daily life and can be produced through electrolysis.

Faraday’s Laws are helpful in electroplating, which prevents inferior metals from corrosion.

Electrolysis has many applications in the manufacture of compounds like white lead, tin, potassium permanganate, etc.
