Oxygen cylinders and masks are used in places that are deficient in oxygen.

Miners, firemen, aviators, divers, astronauts and mountaineers use them.

Life Supporting systems (Oxygen supply) is provided in spacecraft and submarines.

Oxygen, being a supporter of combustion, burns fuel due to which automobiles are used.  The burning of fuels produces energy in the form of heat and light.

Oxygen is used to produce daily essentials such as steel, plastics and textiles.
